Mentoring reporting platform: mentors report each session (material, attendance, notes), coordinators review and track squad progress in one place.

Role-based access — admin, coordinators, and mentors each get their own dashboard and permissions.

Automatic recap: attendance and report statistics per squad/period that used to take a full day of manual recap now take minutes.

Next.js + Express API + PostgreSQL, containerised with Docker and deployed on a VPS.
